Pay: £13.55/hour Contract: 1-year fixed term Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a real difference in your community? We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and reliable Evening and Weekend Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You’ll help deliver vital out-of-hours services in a safe, welcoming environment. What You’ll Do: • Provide tailored support and advocacy • Serve meals/snacks and maintain kitchen hygiene • Facilitate access to showers, laundry, and essentials • Complete assessments and referrals • Promote local opportunities and reduce access barriers • Support Day Centre activities and service improvement • Participate in debriefs and training for continuous development. • Any other reasonable duties What We’re Looking For: • Experience with vulnerable/marginalised individuals • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Organised, empathetic, and non-judgmental • (Bonus) Knowledge of local services and trauma-informed care Essential • Experience working with vulnerable or marginalised individuals • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organised, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality Desirable • Knowledge of local support services and referral pathways • Experience in support or outreach roles • Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches Personal Attributes • Empathetic, non-judgmental, and proactive • Flexible and solution-focused Ready to Apply?
