Based in Redruth (TR15), this permanent, full-time Support Worker role with Salutem Care and Education pays £12.60–£13.85 per hour and closes for applications on 01 December 2025. You’ll deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing — from following individual support plans, planning flexible, engaging activities and supporting health needs to medication oversight, accurate record-keeping and keeping homes safe and welcoming.
