Caretech in Stoke-on-Trent (ST1) is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support for adults with mental health needs in Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding communities. This is a permanent, full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) paying £12.36 per hour, with shifts that include days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays and waking‑night duties where required. You’ll help people to live independently, take part in community activities and measure progress using person‑centred outcome tools — delivering calm, practical support tailored to each individual’s goals.
