Support a gentleman living with a brain injury to live well and stay connected in his community. This permanent, part‑time Female Support Worker role in Shaftesbury pays £14.50 per hour for 16–24 hours a week, working on a rota across 8.00am–4.00pm and 8.00pm–8.00am shifts (Mon–Sun). You’ll provide one‑to‑one, person‑centred care including medication administration, companionship and household support, plus meaningful activities such as cinema trips, gardening, outdoor time and dog walks. Clear, confident communication and empathy are essential: you’ll be working within a busy family household and helping the person maintain independence. A full UK driving licence is required and, due to the nature of the role, only applications from women can be accepted under the Equality Act exemption.
