Become a valued support worker in Neath Port Talbot, helping adults with learning disabilities live independently in their own or shared homes. You’ll provide day-to-day support including personal care when needed, transporting people to appointments and community activities, and enabling access to leisure opportunities. The role operates on a flexible rota of short and long days, sleep‑ins and wakeful nights (paid at enhanced rates), is full time and requires driving. Pay is shift dependent at £12.60–£17.92 per hour and the work is delivered across supported living settings in mid and south Wales through a team committed to person‑centred care.
