Relief Support Worker role in Sheffield supporting people with learning and physical disabilities in supported living and outreach settings. You’ll provide personal, practical and emotional care, help people join their community, work closely with families and professionals, and support the line manager with day‑to‑day running. This permanent, part‑time position is on‑site only, pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay and is paid weekly. Relief shifts across a network of services offer variety and meaningful hands‑on work for experienced carers.
