Support Tobin as a waking night support worker in his own home in Plymouth. This part‑time, permanent role is 24 hours per week (two shifts) paying £12.60 per hour and is on‑site only. Nights are generally quiet — you’ll be there to observe and respond to his epilepsy, assist with some personal care when needed, and keep light household tasks and paperwork up to date. Tobin is active and independent in the daytime, enjoys drives and the outdoors, and you’ll always work as part of a two‑person night team. Flexibility to cover sickness or annual leave is essential; a full UK driving licence isn’t required for the nights but will be necessary for occasional day shifts. Reference: LG/CS. Closing date: 20 November 2025.

This role suits reliable, emotionally resilient carers who work well within a supportive team but can use their own initiative. Beyond Limits offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package — award‑winning pension, company sick pay, excellent annual leave with top‑up pay, critical illness and life cover, a thorough induction and ongoing training with clear career development. Robust safeguarding checks apply (references and DBS on offer; DBS cost is refunded after successful completion of a six‑month probation) and sponsorship is not available.
