Real Life Options is recruiting a Female Relief Support Worker in the Rugby/CV21 area (West Midlands) — a part‑time, permanent role paying £12.21 per hour. You will support people in their own homes to live as independently as possible by following daily planners, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, finances and medication administration, and encouraging participation in local community activities. This relief position needs flexible availability to cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights; driving is useful but not essential. An enhanced DBS check is required. The role is particularly suited to women carers who value practical, person‑centred support and bring honesty, reliability, good communication and compassion to their work.
