Support adults with a learning disability in Harwich as a Female Support Worker with Thera East, earning £13.00 per hour. This permanent, relief role involves person‑centred support — from helping people develop life skills, manage their home and leisure, to offering personal and emotional support both at home and out in the community. No previous experience or qualifications are required; free Skills for Care‑endorsed training is provided. A driving licence is preferred but not essential. This post is for female applicants only under Paragraph 1, Schedule 9 of the Equality Act.
