Support Worker – Waking Nights in Washington (NE38) with Changing Lives: a hands-on night-time role supporting young people aged 16–25 in specialist housing. You will provide waking-night cover as part of a small team (three day and three night support workers), delivering one-to-one support, support planning, risk assessment, safeguarding and housing management, plus workshops and signposting to help residents build independent living skills. The role includes maintaining safe, well‑kept premises, keeping accurate, GDPR-compliant records and working closely with the Housing Management Worker to ensure statutory requirements are met.
