Lead a specialist Occupational Therapy service at Arnold Lodge, a medium‑secure hospital in Leicester, working as Senior Occupational Therapist within the male Personality Disorder pathway. You will hold a dedicated caseload across two wards, supervise Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Support Workers, and work in a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver psychologically informed individual and group programmes. The role requires HCPC registration and mental health experience (secure setting experience desirable but not essential). This permanent, full‑time post offers a salary of £38,682–£46,580 pa (pro rata for part time) and involves clinical and managerial responsibilities including risk assessment and management, CPA reporting, service development and adherence to professional standards and codes of ethics.
