We’re currently recruiting for: • A 16-hour permanent part-time role, with an additional sleep-in shift • Our service operates 24/7, so flexibility is essential • You’ll work a rolling rota covering days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts • Day shifts typically run from 7am to 11pm • Sleep-in shifts are paid at an additional rate of £62.64 Important Requirements: • Willingness to lone work during day shift and sleep in shift • 2 individuals in this service do smoke, we ask that applicants consider this before applying. Connected and we live them every day. What is the role? This supported living service is the home to 3 lovely ladies with mental health needs. You will be working with these incredible individuals to support with day to day independence, enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities as well as providing emotional support. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting with medication, cooking, and household tasks Helping with personal care where needed Help individuals access the community and attend local groups, Encouraging participation in hobbies and activities Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills Keeping clear and accurate digital records Support individuals with budgeting and managing finances meaningful companionship and promote independence by engaging in conversations around interests and wellbeing, and encouraging participation in fun, skill-building activities. Accompany individuals on outings Assist with cleaning and administrative duties Contribute fresh ideas and help improve ways of working Offer tailored support based on each individual’s unique needs What skills and experience do you need? Experience is great but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing development to support your success in the role. What matters most is your positive and creative attitude and passion for helping others, as well as: Experience working with people or customers Experience working as part of a team IT, Literacy and numeracy skills For full details of the role and skills required please see the Job Description attached.
