Make a real difference supporting three women with mental health needs in a warm, supported‑living home in Llanelli for Pobl Group. This permanent part‑time role is 16 hours with an additional paid sleep‑in shift and operates on a rolling rota covering days (typically 7am–11pm), evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins — flexibility and willingness to lone‑work are essential. Pay is £12.75 per hour (FTE £24,531) with sleep‑ins paid at £62.64. The service is on‑site only; please note two residents smoke and candidates should consider that before applying.
You’ll support medication, personal care, cooking, household tasks, community access, budgeting and meaningful activities that build independence — plus record keeping, outings and occasional admin. Experience is helpful but not essential: Pobl provides full training and ongoing development, and values patience, creativity and strong communication.
