We’re looking for compassionate, proactive, and experienced Shift Leads to join 2 of our Supported Living teams, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. We have a Shift Lead opportunity in Swansea and one in Llanelli. Please state your preferred location on your application. What you’ll do: As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care and be involved in day to day duties. You’ll support the Team Manager by coaching and mentoring colleagues, ensuring high standards of support, and leading shifts with confidence and compassion. In addition to day to day duties from you’ll have protected time to complete delegated duties such as: Supervisions and competency assessments Supporting clinical and therapeutic tasks (e.g., PEG care, stoma/catheter care) Collaborating with families, health professionals, and MDTs Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met Why join us?
