Work with disabled children and their families in Oxfordshire as a Qualified Social Worker for 3D Recruit, providing assessments and ongoing support for Children in Need, those on Child Protection plans, children subject to Care Proceedings, children we care for and young people leaving care. This full‑time temporary role pays £38 per hour (umbrella), requires Social Work England registration, ASYE completed and at least two years’ post‑qualified experience. You should have experience across areas such as Child Protection, Children in Care, Children in Need, assessment work and some court work; disability experience is highly valued. The team is small and close‑knit (6 social workers, 2 family support workers and 2 disability support workers), you must be able to drive, and you’ll cover all aspects of statutory social work including child protection and court work. The role is hybrid — up to two days remote per week with one of your in‑office days on Thursday and a twice‑monthly in‑person team meeting — interviews can be arranged over Microsoft Teams and Liquid Logic training is provided during induction.
