In this role, you will support registered therapists in providing high-quality care to our clients, assist with therapeutic activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. · Interviews for this position will be held in person only at the hospital site. Remote interviews will not be available. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, enthusiastic and committed to delivering quality care on the wards. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Therapy or Healthcare Support Worker, however we welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds. You will be responsible for ensuring IT based administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis, and manage the provision of therapeutic equipment as required. You will be supported in ongoing development and training. The role will involve at times taking responsibility for your own caseload and working alone.
