Step into a dual-role Team Leader position in Cheltenham with Acuity Care Group — permanent, full time (36 hours per week) and paying £32,760 per year. You’ll split your week between 12 hours off‑rota leading and developing a small team (overseeing rotas, training compliance, care plans, risk assessments and upholding CQC standards) and 24 hours on‑rota providing hands‑on, person‑centred support to an individual living at home. The person you will support lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder and gastroparesis but is best known for a passion for rehoming vintage finds, creative projects and gardening — your role is to ensure safe, consistent care that enables those interests. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9), so applicants must be female, based locally to Cheltenham and hold a full UK driving licence.
