Lead and transform the Brokerage service for Bury Council as Brokerage Manager, working full-time from Bury (BL9). This permanent role, advertised by inploi, puts you at the helm of a recently integrated Brokerage Team in Adults Community Commissioning: you will line manage a Brokerage Supervisor and a team of Brokerage Officers, provide strategic oversight, develop the service offer and drive quality assurance and data reporting across Health and Adult Social Care. The post requires building strong partnerships with Community Commissioning, care providers, social care teams, intermediate care and acute health colleagues to ensure smooth commissioning and excellent outcomes for people who need care. Salary is competitive and the closing date for applications is 6 December 2025.

This opportunity suits someone with brokerage experience, solid knowledge of relevant legislation and a leadership approach rooted in empathy and practical problem‑solving.
