You will be joining a forward thinking department of Dietitians, Dietetic Assistant Practitioners and Dietetic Support Workers, who are valued and respected throughout the Trust across many specialties and care groups. Interviews for this role will be face to face only. Remote interviews are not available. Under the supervision of and with the support of the registered Dietitians, the successful candidate will be expected to: • Provide a high standard of health care by assisting in a range of individual and group treatment programmes (for which an agreed level of competency has been demonstrated under the direction of a registered Dietitian). • Undertake a variety of delegated clinical tasks, to support the delivery of nutritional care in accordance with agreed guidance/care pathways. • Undertake a variety of non-clinical tasks to support the Dietetic Service. • To offer support to patients through effective communication. • To work as part of a multidisciplinary team. • To contribute to evidence based audit and projects to evaluate and improve patient care.
