Support Worker based in Clydach, Swansea supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill‑health to live more independently. You will assist with daily living tasks and personal care when required, enable access to community activities and appointments, and promote choice and independence. This is a full‑time, permanent daytime role (shifts 08:00–20:30) paying £12.21 per hour; driving is essential to transport people to activities and appointments.
