Support with Purpose. We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team at The Cottages, part of Harewood Park Nursing Home. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll guide and support others while ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. About The Cottages Located within Harewood Park, The Cottages provide residential and rehabilitation support for adults living with enduring mental health needs, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Our aim is to empower each person to build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful progress in a supportive, homely environment. Your Role As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll act as a role model and team lead during your shifts ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-focused care at all times.
