We have 2 x 18.5 hours permanent posts and casual vacancies for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic and have good communication skills to come and join our Learning Disability Provider Services teams at Short Term Breaks (Holicote) and Supported Living. Our service supports people to access their local community by providing personal and practical assistance to people with a variety of needs, including behavioural and complex physical needs. Our main priority is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to join the team and we will provide you with training for all the required work tasks, as well as the opportunity to shadow existing colleagues as part of your induction. The service operates Saturday to Friday (24/7) based on a shift rota including weekends, Waking Night Support, sleep-ins, evening/night and Bank Holiday working.
