Lead and support a small team across Coventry and Worcester as Nacro’s Senior Housing Support Worker, delivering the Community Accommodation Support (CAS) service that enables bail and helps people transition from custody. This permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week, including 5 hours paid lunch) is based in Coventry with shift patterns across 08:00–22:00 Monday–Friday and Saturday 09:00–17:00 on a rolling rotation; you will also take part in a pooled out‑of‑hours rota (18:00–08:00). The role pays £27,740 per annum and requires regular travel across your area, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile). An Enhanced DBS and Prison Clearance are required and will be completed as part of pre‑employment checks.
