Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs as an Education Support Worker in Weston-super-Mare. senploy is recruiting on behalf of M&M Supply for a temporary role paying £85–£95 per day, with part-time and flexible hours considered. You’ll provide one-to-one and small-group support, help implement behaviour-management strategies, promote emotional wellbeing and social development, keep accurate records and contribute to individual behaviour plans. The post involves close teamwork with teachers and external agencies to create a calm, inclusive classroom where pupils can engage and learn.
This role will suit someone with experience working with children or young people — particularly those with SEN or behavioural needs — who brings patience, empathy and strong communication skills.
