As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One in Nottingham (NG5 7AJ) you will lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver kind, personalised support across dementia, nursing and residential services. This permanent, full‑time role is 46 hours per week with full flexibility required; your day‑to‑day will include planning and implementing person‑centred care plans, assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administering medication, providing meaningful social and recreational stimulation, and keeping clear, accurate records. You’ll build strong relationships with residents and their families, support people with mobility and end‑of‑life care with compassion, and influence standards of care through practical leadership and a calm, considered approach.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced carers — particularly those with a Level 2 Diploma/SVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent who are ready to work towards Level 3 — but determination, brilliant positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people matter most.
