Pay: £12.21 – £15.50 per hour (higher rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays) Where: Various care homes, supported living services, and community settings across South Wales What you’ll be doing: Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or physical disabilities Helping with day-to-day tasks like meals, personal care, and household bits Taking people out into the community and encouraging independence Being a friendly face and a good listener What you need: Previous care/support work experience is essential A kind, patient approach and the confidence to work in different environments An Enhanced DBS already in place The right to work in the UK Minimum 3 months UK care experience Why work with us?
