This service is a brand new and supports 16 individuals, working with various complex needs, autism and learning disabilities. The service consists of a block of flats, providing independent living for people that need support, and 2 townhouses ensuring a safe environment for all. Support may include: personal care, positive encouragement, emotional support, working with challenging behaviours, social/ mental health support and help in the community.
