You will support the Locality Manager to ensure we provide a high quality service to the people we support. You will undertake a variety of delegated management tasks and will deputise for the Locality Manager during their absence. There will be a requirement to work as part of a rota , this could include sleep-in duties. There will also be a requirement to take part in an on-call rota.
