Extra Care Relief Support Worker — Creative Support, Leeds, West Yorkshire. This part-time, permanent role is based at Hampton Crescent, a 40‑bed extra care service with some flats, supporting older people to live well and stay independent. You will provide personal care and domestic help, support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and assist people to access work, education and social opportunities. The post requires previous experience in a care setting and a flexible approach to working on a roster that includes evenings and a weekend‑on, weekend‑off pattern. Pay is £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay; the closing date for applications is 14 November 2025.
