Make a real difference supporting older people with severe and enduring mental health conditions as a Senior Practitioner registered through inploi and based at the Spindles in Oldham Town Centre. This permanent, full‑time role (36.66 hours per week) offers a competitive Grade 9 salary of £47,181–£51,356 and carries statutory responsibilities: managing a small, complex caseload; completing assessments, Care & Support Plans and reviews (including Section 117); leading safeguarding enquiries as the Safeguarding Adults Manager; and providing management oversight, supervision and quality assurance within a specialist multi‑disciplinary team. You’ll work within the legal frameworks of the Care Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and DOLS, keep high‑quality records (MOSAIC), produce professional reports and collaborate closely with multi‑agency partners to improve outcomes for service users and carers.
