Key Job Details: Role: Residential Childrens Support Worker (Agency) Pay: GBP15 - GBP17 per hour Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Agency) Location: Reading The Role: As a Residential Childrens Support Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day care and wellbeing of the young people in our care. You will: · Provide emotional support and guidance to children · Assist with daily routines such as school runs, meal preparation, and recreational activities. · Help maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment. · Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and behavioural support strategies. · Conduct regular key work sessions with the young people · Support children in overcoming personal challenges and achieving their goals. · Keep accurate records and contribute to reports on the childrens progress and wellbeing.
