Support Worker — Worthing (Rectory Road). Be part of a close‑knit supported living service caring for three people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs. In this full‑time, permanent role you’ll support daily living and community involvement — from personal care, meal planning and budgeting to social activities, communication and positive behavioural support. You’ll keep accurate records, report changes in health and work both on your own initiative and as part of a team to help people live as independently as possible. The post is based in central Worthing (BN14 7PW) and pays £12.50 per hour. Applicants need a minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK, at least 12 months’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a car.
