We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for the young people in our 5-bed home in Farnborough. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of children’s home, playing a key role in ensuring all young people are provided with excellent standards of individualised care. You will work with openness and compassion and be a positive role model to our young people and staff team.
