Provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults and children in their own homes across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre as a Support Worker with Prestige Nursing + Care. This permanent, full-time role pays £14.37 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) and involves promoting independence, administering medication, encouraging diet and fluid intake, supporting personal hygiene and personal care where needed, facilitating access to the community and keeping accurate records. You’ll work locally, so access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence is required. All new colleagues receive mandatory induction training and any client-specific preparation needed to feel confident in the role.
