We have an amazing opportunity for Full Time Support Workers to join our team at our Ivetsey Bank Hospital. Supporting young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. You will be part of a fantastic team who are committed to offering you the guidance, support and training you need to thrive in your role. Providing plenty of opportunities to participate in the development of the hospital so we can provide the best support possible for our young people! What you'll be working: Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend. Full time hours available 37.5 hours per week What you'll be doing: Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed Communicate any issues to the clinical team Accurately report and/or record work activities What you'll have: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working. Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping. Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
