Qualified Social Worker role based in Enfield supporting the London Borough of Enfield’s Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within Adult Social Care. This temporary, full‑time post pays £32.49 per hour (umbrella rate) and offers hybrid working — up to three days remote per week. You will work at the frontline to safeguard adults at risk, using a person‑centred approach guided by the Care Act 2014 and London Multi‑Agency Adult Safeguarding procedures. The role demands strong risk assessment and decision‑making skills, excellent communication across diverse partner agencies, good IT literacy and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team. Essential requirements are a Social Work degree or MSc, SWE registration and at least two years’ post‑qualifying experience.
