Senior Practitioner for Complex Emotional and Relational Needs (OACMHT) — Sale, Trafford. Permanent, full-time role with Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, offering £47,810–£54,710 pa (job ref: 7515792/437-7515792). You will hold a small caseload and act as care coordinator for older adults presenting with complex emotional and relational needs, providing detailed assessments, formulations and evidence-based, non‑pharmacological interventions such as Structured Clinical Management. The post includes delivering and facilitating community SCM groups, developing the team’s therapeutic offer alongside Psychology and Therapy colleagues, and working day-to-day with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, mental health practitioners and support staff across primary and secondary care.
