We can offer you:- The ability to browse and book your shifts via our online rostering system Last minute shift availability Long days, early and lates are available at the Conquest Hospital, Hastings, Eastbourne District General Hospital, Rye Memorial and Bexhill Hospital. Night shifts may also become available. A range of specialities across our adult inpatient wards Flexibility to work hours that suit you Full induction Access to the NHS pension scheme Access to NHS staff benefit and discount schemes. We require you to be able to offer us regular shifts and to commit to the induction within 3 months of job offer. The Clinical Support Worker (Level 3) is a member of the care team who provides nursing care and interventions to a delegated patient caseload, assisting the Registered Nurse/Practitioners to deliver high quality and effective care. Duties will be dependent upon clinical area of work and if it is a hospital or community role and additional training undertaken but may include: · Personal care or chaperone duties · Supporting patients with bathing, toileting, dressing and meals · Records patient information · A range of delegated clinical care duties including dressings, medication administration · Undertakes and records patients’ vital signs · Escalate any concerns in observation or change in patient’s condition · Enhanced observations · Patient escort role A wide range of staff benefits are available to our staff including staff development, enrolment in the NHS pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service, access to onsite nurseries. staff restaurants and accommodation.
