Make a real difference for adults who frequently use urgent care as a Frequent Service User Support Worker with Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, based in Maidstone (ME17 4AH). This part-time, permanent role (salary £38,682–£46,580 pro rata) sits within an award‑winning, CQC‑rated outstanding community team and asks you to manage complex caseloads with compassion and practical skill.
