Support Coordinator with Creative Support based at the Dukinfield Extra Care service in Tameside, Greater Manchester. This hands-on, full-time permanent role leads person-centred support for people living in one- and two-bedroom flats, many with dementia, mental health needs, learning or physical disabilities and complex health requirements. You’ll work alongside the Extra Care and Registered Managers to create an empowering atmosphere, supporting personal care and domestic tasks, and enabling residents to access work, education and social opportunities. The role is on-site only, requires flexibility for rostered evenings and weekends, and asks for a minimum of two years’ experience. Pay is up to £13.60 per hour (reference 86913); applications close 18 November 2025 and are reviewed as received.
