Support children and young people in Leeds as a Residential Support Worker with The Cambian Group. In this full-time, permanent role (LS13 4RX) you’ll deliver hands-on, nurturing care—supporting daily living, personal care, education and recreational activities—while putting individualised care plans into practice. You’ll encourage positive behaviour, build stable, trusting relationships, safeguard welfare, and help young people develop life skills such as communication, socialisation and independence. The role includes evenings, weekends and sleep‑in shifts; a driving licence is desirable. Salary is £12.36–£13.00 per hour.
