We're seeking dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team and provide safe, structured, and nurturing care for children and young people. You'll help them overcome adversity and build brighter futures. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will: Be a trusted advocate and role model. Support children through daily challenges with empathy. Implement care plans and behaviour strategies. Safeguard welfare and ensure every child's voice is heard. Work closely with families and professionals. What we're looking for: Level 3 qualification (or willingness to train) in Children & Young People, Health & Social Care, or equivalent. Emotional resilience, patience, and respect for each child's journey. Clear, compassionate communication skills. Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality.
