Do you have experience in supporing or working with children, young people, or adults with autism and complex needs? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Workers to join our team in Oxfordshire and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. We’re Looking For Experience working with children, young people, or adults with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their support networks. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to addressing challenges. A driver’s license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not required). As a Behaviour Support Workers, you will Provide tailored support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being. Implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to achieve positive outcomes. Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for clients. Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
