The people we support here tend to be older and have varying needs. The people we support enjoy getting out and visiting friends/family. Between them, they also engage in a wide range of hobbies such as painting, tai chi, crazy golf and discos. Our aim is to support people to be as independent as possible and achieve their aspirations. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and empathetic staff who enjoy helping people to reach their full potential. You will be part of a friendly team who put the people we support at the heart of everything they do. To succeed in this role, you need to be honest, creative and able to have fun, have good initiative and common sense. We encourage independence and ensure the people we support are provided with opportunities to continue to develop their own skill-base. Being a driver is essential for this role.
