As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of patient care — supporting people in mental health crisis, assisting with assessments, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll work closely with the multidisciplinary team, providing direct care and supporting the day-to-day running of the service.
