We provide person-centred care and support to enable people with a learning disability and have complex needs to enjoy active and fulfilled lives. You will support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community. Some of the people we support have health or behaviour support needs and will need your skilled support to maintain their health and wellbeing. You will be expected to use personalised communication approaches and to develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families. Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.
