Support Worker based in Poole with Acuity Care Group supporting a young man with autism, ADHD and other complex needs in his own home and out in the community. This permanent, full‑time role pays £14.18 per hour and follows a rota of Monday–Saturday 08:00–18:00 / 10:00–20:00, Sunday 08:00–20:00 and nights 20:00–08:00. You will work primarily on a 2:1 basis during the week and 1:1 on Sundays, driving to hydrotherapy, music therapy and day trips, helping with shopping, social outings (including occasional pub meals) and household tasks, and communicating confidently in the person’s preferred way to support their wellbeing and independence. A full UK driving licence and proven experience supporting people with autism, ADHD and complex support needs are essential.
