The home provides specialist support for individuals living with Alcohol-Related Brain Damage, including Korsakoff’s syndrome, promoting independence and dignity for up to 34 residents. We are now looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will help residents live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring their health, wellbeing, and happiness remain at the heart of everything you do. What We Offer £12.21 per hour Contracted to 34.5 hours per week Pension scheme, Paid DBS, Uniform provided Additional £2 per hour overtime 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Your Role As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will help residents build confidence, maintain independence, and make positive choices that enhance their wellbeing. From offering companionship and encouragement to ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment, you will be part of a close-knit team making a meaningful difference every day.
