Support people at Welland House in Corby as a Support Worker for Voyage Care, a permanent, full‑time role with typical shifts of 07:30–14:30 and 14:30–21:30. You’ll work in a small, home‑from‑home setting supporting eight people with learning disabilities, epilepsy, dementia, Down’s syndrome and cerebral palsy, delivering person‑centred care, daily activities and hands‑on healthcare under close links with local CTPLD and the Community Nursing Team. Hourly pay ranges from £12.34 to £13.84, with evening and weekend enhancements (+50p/hr) and premium overtime rates (+£1/hr) (Ts & Cs apply). All staff receive a thorough induction, ongoing training and observational supervision; successful applicants will be subject to DBS and satisfactory references.
