Make a real difference to young people’s lives as a Pastoral Support Worker at Snowdon Village – Bristol Futures Academy (Cabot Learning Federation). This permanent, full-time role (37 hours/week) offers a salary of £28,859–£31,111 and is based on-site in BS5 with a provisional start as soon as possible. You will be the primary contact for a defined cohort, monitoring welfare, attendance and behaviour, spotting safeguarding concerns and acting as a Deputy DSL. The role suits carers with experience or knowledge of SEMH, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia or Dyspraxia and those confident working 1:1 and in small groups to help students thrive. Candidates need GCSE English and Maths (grade C or equivalent) or relevant experience, Level 3 safeguarding training (or willingness to train) and a full driving licence plus use of a vehicle for meetings and home visits.
