In this permanent, full‑time on‑site role you will manage day‑to‑day operations in a busy setting with multiple admissions and discharges, oversee staff and resources, conduct assessments and reviews, mentor and train less experienced colleagues, and make sure the home meets Care Act and CQC requirements.
